How your information will be processed - We will process your data in line with GDPR, your information will be used solely for the purpose you have submitted it, i.e to identify the suitability of your employment with Activate, and in order to move you through the application process prior to becoming a member of staff with Activate.
We have a legal interest in the data you provide to us as you have shown a “Legitimate Interest” in communicating with us, and for submitting your data.
In addition we have a need to ensure that the information provided to us is correct, and this will involve the checking of information, contact with named referees, and follow up with you as the applicant through the methods provided during application (e.g. post/email/phone)
Your information will be help on our secure servers and subsequently transferred to our staff database.
This information will remain on this database for up to 5 years, or until you request for it to be removed.
Your information will remain on our database even in the event that you do not fully complete your application. To have it removed please see the information below.
You have a right to request the following from us in relation to your data - Correction of errors, Portability of information to another organisation, identification of the limits of processing, deletion, objection regarding us holding your data.
